The Gym Body & Booty Program is a 12 week progressive overload style workout plan. This program is ideal for those with baseline lifting knowledge, but does include instructional videos for every exercise prescribed in the plan. Having a fully equipped gym with barbells/plates, dumbbells, and resistance bands is strongly recommended

HOME BODY & BOOTY PLAN
COMING SOON! The Home Body & Booty Program is a 6 week introductory level home workout plan. This is ideal for someone who has not had a fitness regimen previously, or someone who needs to get a jump start back into a fitness regimen. There is an instructional video available for every exercise that is prescribed. For this program, you will need light weight dumbbells and resistance bands.
